Mr. Adejana started business part-time in 1994 as a Youth Corp member in Maiduguri, Borno State of Nigeria. However in 2004, Gbadebo Adejana, had a vision, so peculiar, it seemed absurd. In an era where only high income earners and high net worth people were the only ones that could afford to build houses in Nigeria, ‘Debo, as he is popularly known decided he would work out a way to make “landlords of tenants”, it was from this vision the maxim “Sack Your Landlord” ^TM  was derived.

Thus, partnering with reputable industry players and business associates spread across both local and international borders, he started up a Real Estate Firm, now known as Realty Point Limited. The Company which is primarily involved on the supply side of the Industry, with a strong presence in Real Estate Development, Investment, Training/Consultancy and Marketing Syndications, has been able to deliver pocket friendly Real Estate solutions to her special focus: the middle class and lower income earners.

Prior to starting up Realty Point Limited, ‘Debo, a meritorious service award winner, had spent nearly 9 years in the Banking Industry. He was in a middle management capacity and was responsible for a portfolio of about N1.5 billion. ‘Debo is a charismatic and natural leader, and his Banking experience, gave him a strong predilection for operational function and structure.

A graduate of Engineering from the University of Ilorin, Kwara State and a holder of Masters Degree in Business Administration (Marketing). ‘Debo has attended numerous professional skill acquisition trainings both home and abroad. He is currently an Associate Member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered), the President of Prime Asset Housing Co-operative Multi-purpose Society Limited (PAHCMS) and the serving Treasurer of REDAN, South-West.

Currently riding a wave of over 7 Estate Developments, of over 8,000,000sqm of land, in different locations, all within Lagos and Ogun States of the Nigerian Federation; ‘Debo is arguably the most influential entrepreneur in the Real Estate Market. His phenomenal success is in his own paradox: “May my road never be easy, because nothing good comes easy”.

Highly demanded as a conference speaker of repute, the Visionary and Real Estate Entrepreneur and Investment Consultant,  has authored two books to date; Tame The Tiger, Over 100 Ways To Make It Where Others Struggle and Stock and real Estate, How The Rich Make The Market and The Poor Play It. He is also on board other companies, some of which are Hy-Deals & Successories Limited, Palmate Realedge Limited, Realtorngmls.com Ltd , etc. He is also a promoter of “Helps International Foundation” a Non-Profit Organization, he established in 2004, to give back to the Society.

His Hobbies and Interest include reading books and magazines, addressing business, marketing and management issues, taking a walk while thinking through a challenge and creating a light and conducive atmosphere where talents can be discovered, nurtured and established.
