Hello Shadrach, you are on the right path. I will suggest you do tow more things and here they are:
1) Get a mentor. Locate an established person within your area of interest in the real estate field and get yourself attached to him and his firm for hands-on tutelage.
2) Sign up for the mls work tool Mr. Alex is taking you on.

am a student of ths year’s last batch of school of estate.
I really want to start up the practise fully next year and will like 2 know if this is enough 2 set me up n not 2 be referred 2 as QUACK! or are there other steps I need take b4 I can start?
