I got a great news some days ago and it was confirmed on Friday February 1, 2008.

Now, hear this; a particular estate we had participated in marketing before we launched our Prime Estates project is now selling for N1.0million (One Million Naira Only). The plots were going for N280,000 payable over 12months until the end of February 2007.
